Philip Marsh
Co-Founder & Managing DirectorA Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience in commercial property, Philip founded PMCD in 1990 and co-founded PIM with Ian Trott in 1994. He brings extensive market knowledge and an entrepreneurial approach to identifying and realising property opportunities.
Victoria Marsh
DirectorVictoria brings over 15 years’ experience in corporate governance, legal operations and executive management across the UK and Switzerland, supporting the strategic management and long-term growth of PIM.
